All furniture sales are final—no refunds or cancellations of orders.  If you cancel the order there is a chance you may be denied. Furniture factories do not extend warranties. Due to this reason, Kwueendom can't extend warranties.  There is a four-week notice required on layaway purchases. Layaway merchandise must be paid every 30 days or all payments are forfeited. The option for customers who have forfeited funds is to have all payment receipts at the time of rewrite; including the original sales receipt. The customer must match the total amount of money paid when rewriting on merchandise selected at a retail price; discounts do not apply. Layaway guarantees the sale price on your purchase for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. That applies when payments have been made every month. Should the merchandise originally not be available within two weeks from the date you requested the delivery date; we reserve the right to substitute merchandise of greater value or equal value to that of original items. Layaway cab only be done in-store and can’t be done online. Furniture orders that aren’t currently in store can take 5-7 weeks for delivery. The customer agrees to measure doorways and stairways before ordering furniture pieces. The seller is not responsible for merchandise that doesn't fit into your home or establishment. Previous deposits are not transferable to other sales items.  When purchasing items on the Kwueendom site, you agree to have fully read and understood the above.
