Refund/Return Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kwueendom. On this page you will find our terms and conditions that reflects our Refund & Return Policy as well as, Sha's furniture policies. 

We want you to be satisfied with our products and service. If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, Kwueendom may credit your account with store credit, known as, Gold Coins, for the amount you spent.
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 Kwueendom will not accept returns from customers. Instead, we may credit your account with store credit for the amount you spent. This regulation is in place for sanitary purposes and Kwueendom will always do its best to ensure the health and safety of our Kwueens and Kings. Please carefully review your orders before checking out.

All furniture sales are final— no refunds or cancellations of orders. Furniture purchases include the option for a warranty. Layaway payment plans are available for in-store purchases only. Furniture orders that aren’t currently in store can take 5-7 weeks for delivery. The customer agrees to measure doorways and stairways before ordering furniture pieces. Kweendom and Sha’s are not responsible for merchandise that doesn't fit into your home or establishment. When purchasing items on the Kwueendom site, you agree to have fully read and understood the above.

Furniture purchases are non-refundable, according to Sha's Furniture's return/refund policy. 

When purchasing items from Kwueendom or products powered by Sha's Furniture; you agree to all policies, terms and conditions.
Kwueendom may update this privacy policy periodically to reflect possible changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

E-Gift Cards are:

1. Non-refundable.

2. E-Gift cards are valid for 1 year before expiration.

3. E-Gift Card must be a minimum of $10.

4. E-Gift cards can be used on furniture pieces.

Please send an email to Kwueendom with your concern about the product with the subject line Refund Concern. This allows us to recognize your concern from the subject line and improve our services.
We will always take our Kwueens and Kings concerns seriously and use them to increase our efficiency.
