Kwueendom will always list necessary information about all furniture pieces.

If you order furniture pieces that do not fit into your place of residence/business it isn't our fault. Please make sure to measure areas the furniture has to travel through before purchasing items. 

All furniture items will be shipped from Sha's Furniture located at 10191 Gratiot Ave. Detroit, MI 48213. 

We only ship furniture locally or within a 50-mile Radius 

Please do not place a furniture order if you are not within a 100-mile radius of Sha's Furniture.

If you are not within a 50-mile radius shipping areas include but are not limited to: Port Huron, Rochester Hills, Pontiac, Troy, Sterling Heights, St. Clair Shores, Eastpointe, Brighton, Novi, Livonia, Romulus, Ann Arbor, etc.,.

Delivery prices may vary based on distance and other factors. The standard Delivery amount is $175

 

When purchasing products powered by Sha's Furniture and Mattress Outlet Inc., on the Kwueendom site; customers are expected to honor Sha's return/refund/layaway/terms of service policies. 

All furniture sales are final. No refunds or cancellations of orders are accepted. If you cancel the order there is a chance you may be denied. Furniture factories do not extend warranties. Due to this reason, Kwueendom and Sha's Furniture Mattress Outlet Inc., can't extend warranties. There is a four-week notice required on layaway purchases. Layaway merchandise must be paid every 30 days, in store, or all payments are forfeited. The option for customers who have forfeited funds is to have all payment receipts at the time of rewrite; including the original sales receipt. The customer must match the total amount of money paid at the time of rewrite on merchandise selected at a retail price; discounts do not apply in this case. Layaway guarantees the sale price on your purchase for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. That applies when payments have been made every month. Should the merchandise originally not be available within two weeks from the date you requested the delivery; we reserve the right to substitute merchandise of greater value or equal value to that of original items. The customer agrees to measure doorways and stairways before ordering furniture pieces. As the seller is not responsible for merchandise that doesn't fit into your home or establishment. Previous deposits are not transferable to other sales items. When purchasing items on the Kwueendom site, you agree to have fully read and understood the above. Gold Coin refund option does not apply to pieces powered by Sha's Furniture. The layaway feature is only available in store and has nothing to do with Kwueendom.
